Danielle is amazing! If you're looking for help with your site, and/or email she should be your go-to. I hired her for a last-minute project and she was not only so responsive but she was able to fix mistakes that were made by a previous contractor to make systems easier. Any question that I had, even a few weeks later, she was always there to help and responded quickly. As a business owner, it's a dream to find a vendor like this! Thank you, thank you!

I needed help with complex formatting in MailChimp. I wanted someone who would accept a likely ‘one-off’ assignment but be available again if needed. I called Danielle MacInnis and was impressed with the speed of her response. I emailed her an ‘outline’ brief and we interacted numerous times by email, phone and Zoom. Our discussions were always productive and focused on creating visual content for a special project. We worked well together, providing feedback and suggestions to each other, and were able to overcome technical difficulties to finalize the project well before the target date. Danielle has a range of regular and larger clients however my requirements were always met the following day. With Danielle’s expertise, his initial project has been signed off and I’m delighted with it. I’m aware Danielle’s capabilities go way beyond my requirements. Quite a few months ago it was suggested I change my monthly newsletter format to MailChimp. Not knowing where to start I looked on Mailchimp and found Danielle from MacInnis Marketing. We connected on Zoom initially as my goal was to learn new skills in this new format. Danielle taught me how to do the general things myself which I wanted and some of the more technical things she did behind the scenes which I am grateful for. In no time like the wave of a magic wand together we revamped my newsletter. I am so grateful to have Danielle's help and to know she is there to help me with any changes I need. Thank you very much Danielle for your help in taking me from a basic newsletter to a more professional one which includes downloaded MP3s & videos.
