About Citygreen
Our collaboration with Managing Director Ben Gooden and his internal and external marketing team has led to the development of several significant changes:
1. A SMP - strategic marketing plan that would set the direction for the business and identify what needs to be done
2. A branding refresh- we worked with Hello Creative to develop a set of critical templates and tools, including website redesign, tender templates and product specification sheets so that the City green communication and brand were always clear and consistent
3. We worked on a Content planto segment the communications by market, buyer journey, industry, and role. We revisited all the web content and engaged Sally Cameron Copywriting to communicate the value proposition statement and key copy for the website.
4. We worked on the essential tools to create an end-to-end sales and marketing system, including implementing Ontraport for lead nurturing, a new website, and integrating Ontraport with Salesforce using Zapier software.
Citygreen now communicates regularly with its customers and campaigns to nurture prospects using segmentation. Refining the brand, creating a new website, articulating the value proposition of Citygreen, and setting up a marketing and sales system were turning points in Citygreen's business.
